Our Process
Discovery & Research
Before anything is designed and put into pixels we first must understand your business and dive into your objectives for the website. To simplify this process, we do this in 2 steps. First we send a short questionnaire over for you to fill out, and secondly we schedule a meeting to discuss visual direction and strategy.
Design
Based on what has been provided in the questionnaire and what has been discussed in the strategy meeting, we begin conceptualizing our idea into a visual design in Figma. We conduct more research and competitor analysis to make sure you stand out in your industry. We will present a final design mock-up and walk you through our vision for the website.
Development
Your site is now signed off to be developed. Depending on the goals for the websites we will decide which software to use. We specialise in Webflow and WordPress. We prefer to use Webflow for maximum customisation options. Once development is complete, testing begins to ensure the site meets all standards for the design.
Launch
The most exciting part of the process. We walk you through each step to make sure you are setup with your new website. Final steps are checked off to ensure a smooth and seamless website launch.
Post-launch Support
Whether you want to update the site yourself in the future, or require ongoing support for updates and maintenance we've got it covered. We can provide training on using the CMS, monthly support, reports and analytics.
